✅ Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Tags and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Note:
Returns are not accepted for custom-stitched or logo-embroidered items unless the item is defective or incorrect.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Items must be returned in original condition as described above.
  • If the required exchange item costs more, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, altered, or damaged products
  • Custom logo/embroidered items
  • Undergarments or hygiene-related accessories (e.g., socks, masks)

🚚 How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us via phone or email with your order number.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back or visit our store (if applicable).
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your return or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or sent incorrectly.
