✅ Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Tags and packaging must be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Note:
Returns are not accepted for custom-stitched or logo-embroidered items unless the item is defective or incorrect.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or item? We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Items must be returned in original condition as described above.
- If the required exchange item costs more, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
- Used, altered, or damaged products
- Custom logo/embroidered items
- Undergarments or hygiene-related accessories (e.g., socks, masks)
🚚 How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us via phone or email with your order number.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back or visit our store (if applicable).
- Once received and inspected, we will process your return or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or sent incorrectly.
